Advanced Questioning Techniques (Module 29)

This course explores advanced questioning strategies that go beyond basic inquiry to deepen client insight, encourage breakthroughs, and guide meaningful coaching conversations. You will practice open, reflective, and probing questions, learn when and how to use them, and sharpen your skills through interactive questioning challenges.

Why it matters: Across several studies of live conversations, people who asked more questions, especially follow-up questions, were better liked by their conversation partners (Huang, Yeomans, Brooks, Minson & Gino, 2017, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology). Thoughtful questions build both insight and connection.
